You get to be bold, soft, wise, and wild — all at once 💫
Hello beautiful soul
Right now, you might feel the fire of spring rising in your bones — the Explorer is awakening.
But wherever you are in your own cycle — the time of the month, the time of year, or even the season of life you’re in — you also carry the softness of winter, the steadiness of summer, the edge of autumn.
Exactly one year ago, although it was Spring in the outside world, I was entering a long season of Winter in my own life. I left my marriage and I allowed myself to experience the pain and wisdom of the season of decay I found myself in.
During that long Winter of my soul, I still moved through all of the archetypes each month. I still felt all the energies alive in each season.
Because one of the most beautiful gifts of being a woman is this:
You get to embody many energies — sometimes all at once.
And if you don’t have a cycle, you can always cycle with the moon.
Because you are not just one archetype.
You are all of her.
You are movement and stillness, momentum and pause, power and presence.
You get to be bold, soft, wise, and wild — all at once 💫
This is the deeper work of feminine leadership:
☆ To know your own rhythm.
☆ To honour the seasons inside and outside.
☆ To lead from wholeness, not hustle.
Let’s revisit the archetypes, to look at how they live and work together inside us...
1. The Visionary (Winter / Menstrual phase / New moon)
She brings the stillness.
The knowing.
The truth that doesn’t need to be loud.
You may resist her at first — the slowing down, the letting go — but she is the one who restores your power.
Her question is simple and radical: What is true for me now?
2. The Explorer (Spring / Follicular phase / Waxing moon)
She is your new beginning.
She leads with curiosity and courage. She’s the part of you that says yes before you have it all figured out.
She trusts the unfolding and reminds you that becoming is a practice — not a performance.
Her question is: What wants to grow through me right now?
3. The Creator (Summer / Ovulatory phase / Full moon)
She steps in to nourish, sustain, and hold what’s growing.
This is where your energy stabilises. You begin to lead from your centre — generous, grounded, magnetic.
But when she’s overextended or carrying too much, she can lose herself in the needs of others.
Her question becomes: Can I plant seeds and be unattached to the outcome?
The Alchemist (Autumn / Luteal phase / Waning moon)
She brings the season of truth. Of refinement. Of letting go.
She helps you see clearly what no longer fits — old roles, outdated stories, the things you thought you had to carry.
She helps you shed.
And though this energy isn’t always comfortable, it brings you back to what’s real.
Her presence asks: What am I ready to release? What am I no longer willing to carry?
So think about how this plays out each month for a moment...
The Explorer says yes to all of the things, and The Creator embraces those opportunities and magnetises more, then the Alchemist comes in and questions EVERYTHING to keep you honest, then the Visionary decides what stays and what goes.
Your Visionary knows. Period.
She is wise, intuitive, and deeply rooted in purpose.
When the world feels turbulent, she steadies you.
When you feel lost in the noise, she helps you hear your own voice again.
She is the archetype of legacy — the part of you that’s not just thinking about what’s next, but what truly matters.
Although we are in the Explorer season, we can still access the energy of the Visionary — her insight, her presence, her depth.
In the second of my free live masterclasses on Monday April 1st (tomorrow), we’ll access her energy to define your Visionary Career Strategy — a map rooted in intuition, not obligation.
Because the world doesn’t need more performance.
It needs more women led by their deep wisdom.
It needs you — steady, sure, and sovereign.
Whether you're in a moment of emergence, holding, release, or rest — this journey is for you.
(and yes, you’ll get the replay too!)
You were never meant to bloom all the time.
You were meant to rise, root, release, and return.
You were meant to know all of her.
And she was always meant to lead.
Rooting for you always
