Pancakes and Peacocks | Episode 34 | Andrew Richardson
Andrew Richardson has become one of my most trusted advisors in the past few years. He recently started his own business with a couple of partners, Eka, a venture capital business focused on backing founders who are building sustainable businesses.
We met over the airwaves, and whilst Andrew’s sound isn’t the best, I think you can still hear enough to make it work. We spoke of things like:
🥞 The power of purpose being not just that you are aligned with the mission of your business, but that you feel like your skills are aligned to what you are doing
🦚 The importance of having supportive relationships around you and surrounding yourself with people who lift you up
🥞 Learning about the shadow we cast, and just how important that is
🦚 The titles we were given as children that we can later learn actually don’t and shouldn’t define us
And of course... joy ✨
